Wanted good, used 3-pt, 35-40 HP tractor for vineyard in Colorado

Looking to buy a used 35-40 horsepower, 3-point tractor. Would prefer a Kubota L4310 or
similar class tractor. Would consider others: Ford, John Deere, New Holland...

Will also need front loader and 6' or 7' rotary cutter/mower.
